The nearest airport to Medak is the Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, which is well connected to all the major cities of world. From airport one can hire a taxi to Medak.

Medak By Train:

The nearest railway station to Medak is at Manoharabad, with only a few trains passing through this route. The Nanded Hyderabad Deccan Passur is the only major train that go through this railway station. It is advisable to travel via road to Medak when compared to railways.

Medak By Road:

Medak is well connected via roads to all the major cities of the state. From Hyderabad, if one travels via NH7 highway, she/he can reach within 2 hours of time. There are many regular buses to Medak from Hyderabad, Secundarabaad, Nizamabad, Warangal, etc. Going by taxi is also a good option.

Best time to visit Medak:

One can visit Medak at any time of the year, depending on one’s preferable time. However, many tourists tend to visit during the months of September to June, avoiding the monsoon season.
